The Master of Computer Applications course was started inthe year 2001 with experienced faculty hascome out a long way on the frontierlines of software research and development. The course keeps itself in pace with the IT changes and regularly updates its laboratories with the latest computing facilities and software technologies. Master of Computer Applications (2 Yrs., 4 Semesters).

The course curriculum for MCA has been designed specifically to meet the demands of the current IT oriented market. The curriculum spread over 3 semesters of academic programme and one semester of project internship in Industries offers core courses in Mathematical foundation of Computer Science, WEB Technology, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, Computer based Numerical & Statistical Techniques, Data & File structure Using C, Operating System, Internet JAVA programming, Computer Organization, Data Communication and Computer Network, DBMS, Object Oriented Programming and C++, Computer Graphics and Animation, Algorithm design and Analysis, System Analysis and Design, UNIX and C Programming, Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Fundamentals of E-Commerce. The course curriculum also lays stress upon management courses namely Accounting and Financial Management, Management Information System, Organizational Structure & Personnel Management. The course curriculum offers electives in latest fields like offered are Compiler Design, Discrete Structures, Client Server Computing, Distributed Database System, Parallel and Distributed Algorithms, Advanced Computer Networks, Real Time Systems, International Business and Marketing, Theory of formal Languages and Automata, Multimedia System, Advanced concepts in Database Systems and Object Database.
